If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, or if you would like to exchange it, please return your jewelry withWe will gladly process an exchange amount paid (less shipping charges) within 30 days of purchase. Jewelry must be returned in original condition – unworn and with tags. Please package the jewelry in its original box with extra padding
in order to prevent damage during shipping.  MojoOwl is not responsible for items lost in transit. At this time, online purchases may not be returned through our stores.
 Custom Designs and Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Items with a Final Sale price adjustment are unfortunately not eligible for return or exchanges.

MojoOwl Jewelry offers a one-time replacement or one-time repair within the first year of purchase due to a manufacturer defect.  If your purchase was made at a non MojoOwl location, please return your item to the point of purchase as it may be covered under a different policy.  Repairs typically take 4-6 weeks to complete. Please be aware items purchased during One of A Kind and Sample Sale Event may not be able to be repaired or replaced.   Repair or replacement will be based on availability of materials.
